Description: Bright Beginnings Child Care Center, LLC is the newest and most up to date center in Elba. It has six classrooms for children ages 6 wks. - 12 years. Horizons Preschool Curriculum is being taught to the children. Hours of Operation are from 5:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, and 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Saturday All teachers have undergone an extensisve background screening and must meet criteria set aside by the Alabama Department of Human Resources.
