Academic Enrichment! Our teachers make the difference. Some of the degrees our teachers have - early education, Arts & Sciences, Classical Studies, English, Math And Business admin Music! Music education for young children involves a developmentally appropriate program of singing, moving, listening, creating, playing instruments, and responding to visual and verbal representations of sound. Physical Fitness & Nutrition At Briarwood Child Academy, our students engage in a physical fitness enrichment period twice per week with a qualified instructor. This is not considered an "extra" but rather part of our unique curriculum that is geared to developing a well-rounded child. Culinary Arts Cooking is not only a fun and engaging activity for children, but one that has been used for years as an important teaching and development tool for all ages. The learning that occurs during our weekly culinary experiences include math, language, fine motor skills, science, social studies, and socialization. Fine Arts There are so many lessons to be learned when a child engages in fine art experiences.
