Jacquelyn, the director is completely unapproachable when an issue arises. She will HIDE from you to avoid confrontation. The teachers are subpar at best. Also there is no structure, whatsoever. Their ratio of teachers to students is terrible. No direction, no structure and routine. Complete horror show.
