Cords in the living room are accessible to children.

Description: 7 children ranging in age from 2 months-6 years old are alone together in the basement childcare room while the licensee is upstairs on the main floor of the home. The 2 month old is on the floor in a bouncy seat. The door leading from the main floor to the lower level is closed preventing sight or sound supervision. Later, the licensee is on the main floor with the infant. During this time 3 of the children in the basement are running in circles. The 6 year old is observed hitting another child while yelling at the children "Get back in bed now!"
