I am an employee

Oh Alexis, where do I begin? Let me start off by letting everyone know who I am. My name is Shara Kiraly and I was a former employee of Baby University from March 14, 2022 to November 1, 2023.
Originally I was hired on as the Assistant Director for the Roseville Location (which never ended up happening) and Lead Infant Teacher for the St. Clair Shores location.
Let me start off by saying, I have over 10 plus years in the field, a college degree, and I have been a director for 3 centers including, my own personal center that I ran in Texas.
Let's start with the pictures that I have uploaded (I have more too) The first one is me writing a parent informing them that a staff member gave puffs to a child that wasn't allowed to have puffs at the time without asking the parents permission first hand. I had to write a letter to the parents apologizing that this happened. Next is PAM, a volunteer worker that came to the center to help out but as you can see, she is on her phone not interacting with the children while sitting down. This was an everyday thing when she was at the center. Paige, the assistant director taking a phone call on her cell phone in the middle of the day when she is supposed to be interacting with the children. She also has no degree to be an assistant director nor does she know much about licensing. Staff members were on their phones daily and not interacting with children which caused for more accidents to happen, fighting between children, and just lack of learning because the staff was distracted.
Let's move onto the thermostat...during one of my shifts the heater broke and it was a very cold day in Michigan. I immediately told Paige about the issue and asked her to please let Alexis know what was going on. Paige said someone was coming out that day but didn't know when. I then mentioned that according to licensing the children cannot be at the center if the temperature reaches 65 or below. I also informed Alexis (the director) of this as well (I texted her). She said it was being handled. I informed the parents of the situation and then proceeded to dress all the children in my care with jackets, hats, and mittens, etc. The temp. kept going down as shown in the pictures. Alexis said the children didn't need to go home and also got very upset with me when I informed parents as to what was going on. She then proceeded to say it wasn't my place to inform parents and it was her job, however, she did not write the parents or give them any notice. Only when a parent reached out did she say that everything was fixed. I know this because I informed Alexis of the issue first thing in the morning and nothing was said the entire time of my shift or even after (as everything goes through procare, messages, alerts, etc). I was very concerned with how cold it was getting that I ended up filing a compliant with licensing about the issue and many other issues at the center. Sadly the following day I was let go due to poor time management and arguing with staff, not following rules, etc.
However, funny thing is I was NEVER given a write up or anything and never signed anything, as you would have to sign a write up however, nothing was ever given to me. Let's continue with the next photo my hiring status remained the same the entire time until I was terminated. During my employment I had a medical emergency that had me out of the center for 2 weeks to recover. During this time I requested my PTO, vacation time, etc to cover the work I was missing. Alexis informed me that I didn't have anything because over the summer she apparently fired me and rehired me. Although I have proof through paychex that my status never changed, nor was I told that I was let go and rehired.
I have a lot more to say but it won't let me post everything.....Please feel free to email me for photos or check out google reviews
