Description: Exterior: A shard of glass was observed near the back door, the sidewalk contained broken sections of concrete, and particles of loose gravel which created a slipping, tripping and falling hazard, tall , sharp thistles and weeds, were observed throughout the play area. A small, clear plastic bag contained nails. The detached garage, bottom door contained deteriorating and exposed edges that were sharp, curled and rusted. All items were accessible to children.
