Description: Apple Tree Children's Center, located in Cockeysville Maryland, is a state licensed facility. The Center was established in order to provide a quality care environment for children from six weeks of age to twelve years. Individual rooms for children of different age levels offer a variety of experiences in cognitive, physical, and social development. Our belief is if children are presented with information and given hands-on opportunities to learn in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment they will become self-confident, enthusiastic, capable learners.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

Some of the teachers said they would talk to the director about if before offering the child the food. Specialist informed the teachers in the infant/toddler rooms if they suspect a food might present a high risk of choking, they should make the parents aware of the concern and let the parent know they will not be serving the child the hazardous food. Staff were informed the parents can even goes as far as getting something signed off by the child's physician need be, if they have a concern or an issue with the programs refusal. I would never recommend this day care "school" to any one! The owner gained uninvited access to emails written between parents referencing several concerns for the children in her care and as a result attacked me for my concerns right in front of my you children and a few of her staff terrifying my children and me quite frankly. It was a traumatizing experience for all of us. The children are clearly not the owner's concern or priority. She lashed out because she said that she was worried about her reputation since the parents were voicing concerns behind her back after their children had been left in a classroom with no head teacher for several months and parents were noticing that it was taking a clear toll on the kids. Rather than keep her own grandchild in that very same classroom she pulled her out and put her in another school and when I confronted her about this she told me that she would "Never" allow her granddaughter to be in that classroom. We are absolutely disgusted with this center and wish we never would have trusted this owner with our children. The damage is done and we can't erase that.
