I have considered this facility through online searches. Come to find out a family member of mine has worked for this facility. Well, I will NOT be choosing this facility and will be telling anyone I can to avoid this woman’s business. The verbal abuse and emotional abuse to toddlers is disgusting. They’re not allowed to sit on her furniture and forced to sit on the floor (by being yelled at), she once yelled at a child for almost choking on the food. She doesn’t let her workers hug them or give them extra time if they aren’t feeling well or sad, saying they don’t have time to do that. When my family member finally quit because she couldn’t stand seeing this treatment Anne said “kids need discipline”. NOT TO MENTION, SHE BIT A CHILD ONCE bc he was biting. THATS NOT HOW YOU DISCIPLINE A BABY. She needs to retire and not be allowed in children care as whatever patience and care she had for children in the past has clearly expired.
I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services
This is not a place I would want my child to attend. Crying children are left in cribs and on mats with no comforting until they eventually fall asleep. If a child is not " acting right " , they are denied having a snack. They are corrected for simply being children .
