Angels On Earth Child Care Center

A year ago my infant son was only here for less than 2 weeks before I pulled him out. The building smells like poop. Teachers are rude and speak to each other in different languages and completely ignore you. My son who was 7 months old was attacked by a 18 month old toddler and nothing was done about it.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. Spend your money else where.

I quit working here because everything they do is against childcare regulations. I've seen children manhandled. I've seen documentation forged to continue receiving money from the state. They are disrespectful to the children to the point where it is cruel. They take everyone sure, but only for the money. They are not equipped to deal with special needs children and I've seen them tackle and restrain them unlawfully in a way that could hurt the child. They have no supplies for these kids yet the owners drive up in brand new cars and designer clothes. I've witnessed the staff being treated like crap and I've seen kids have accidents because they aren't allowed to use the restroom. They don't have a curriculum. Everything they say your child is learning is a lie. None of the teachers have training or degrees and they've even given crash courses in first aid and CPR in a matter of minutes just to say you have the documentation even though they never once actually showed you how to do CPR. Not a safe place for anyone. Especially a child. Do not go here. The best thing I ever did was take my kids out and quit working there. It was horrific.

My children have attended this facility for almost six years. Unfortunately, we have had small bumps like missing clothes but they happen at ALL daycares. My children both had special issues one dietary and one physical. The staff worked with me every step of the way and helped my children grow. My children now attend the older portion of this company. I am thankful for the staff and I appreciate all they do!

PROS: CONSISTANCY OF A PROFESSIONAL AND KIND STAFF (EACH AND EVERY ONE), PERSONABLE WITH MY CHILDREN AND I, THE OWNER ALSO REIMBURSED BABY BOTTLES BEFORE WEEK 3!!! Patient is a Virtue...NOT HOW A RACE STARTS...BUT FINISHES...(RECOMMEND IT)

THIS IS MY FIRST COMPLAINT ONLINE IN LIFE ! IT MAY HAVE NOT BEEN MEANT FOR MY CHILDREN TO ATTEND THERE, JUST VOICING MY EXPERIENCE IN A SUMMARY. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN MY DECISION TO SEND MY CHILDREN THERE...I AM CONSIDERED TO BE A PATIENT PERSON AND RESEARCH ALL I DO PRIOR TO PERFORMING.IT HAS NOT BEEN A FULL TWO WEEKS AND ALREADY A PATTERN OF EVENTS. NOT TO SINGLE ANY ONE OUT, I JUST FEEL THE FACILITY SHOULD BE MORE ORGANIZED WITH COMMUNICATION BARRIERS TO BEGIN WITH. FOR STARTERS, ONE OF MY CHILDREN'S PANTS THAT WERE WORN TO THE CTR. WERE BEING WASHED FOR 3DAYS, THEN APPARENTLY HAVE MAGICALLY DISAPPEARED. I SPOKE VIA PHONE W/MGR. SO THE INCIDENT DOESN'T RE-OCCUR TO JUST PLACE THEIR SOILED CLOTHES IN BAGS, I'LL WASH THEM MYSELF. THEN, BY FRIDAY, MY YOUNGST CHILDS MATCHING OUTFIT JACKET AND ONSEI WAS GONE AND NO ONE RECOLLECTS SEEING THEM!!! FURTHER MORE I SPECIFIED IN THE FEEDING INSTRUCTION CONTRACT THAT MY 5MO OLD "DRINKS BOTTLES AT COOL TEMP" TWO OF MY PLAYTEX "PLASTIC LINER" BOTTLES ARE DAMAGED DUE TO NEGLIGENCY BECAUSE OF BOTTLE WARM, AND I CAN ACCOUNT TO ONLY 2DAYS BOTTLE LINERS BEING CHANGED ADEQUATELY AND RECIEVING A INFANT DAILY REPORT FORM. I WAS TOLD THAT MY MISSING AND DAMAGED PROPERTY WOULD BE REIMBURSED, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE NOR DO I FEEL THE STATEMENT WAS GUENUINE. MORE IMPORTANTLY, I CANNOT STAND TO SEE WHAT WILL TAKE PLACE WEEK 3 !!! TRULY UNEXCEPTABLE

Sorry I wouldn't put my children in this place...I unfortunately worked for this daycare for five years, they treat their employees like crap! I once almost got fired for reporting a child abuse case! Two children in my preschool class were being abused and neglecting by their foster mom, with bruises and horrific stories to back it all up, called the county and the owner was furious, I was appauled! I mean by law you must report suspected child abuse and the poor children are suffering! I was so happy to leave that place and never look back! Please think twice about it,they only care about money not kids!

I am very sorry to hear of the incident describe by Concerned Father about the owner, but my experience with the daycare's workers is great. I have a special needs child and the girls that work with him are very loving and patient. Granted he is not there all day except for a few weeks in the summer and a few hours after school, but they are willing to work with your child when other daycares turn you down or don't call you back. I love the variety of ethicity there. I am greeted when I walk in the door and my son is treated like a normal child. They take into consideration of his limitations but also push him to participate. If you have a special needs child and feeling like there is no daycare willing to work with you. Give them a try.

Horrible conditions. They treat the workers like sweat shop slaves! I know someone who was driving the kids and was rear ended by another car. The owner will not compensate her for her injuries and has fought her in a workmens compensation case for 2 years. Children are also over crowded in the rooms beyond legal capacity. SHAME ON THIS PLACE!!!!!
