I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My daughter was in attendance at this daycare center for close to 3 to 4 months and it was literally the worst experience. I had high hopes for this daycare, but unfortunately they were a nightmare from the very beginning. Within the first week that my daughter attended, one of the kids bit her severely, so much so that she had teeth marks indented into her face for weeks and took forever to heal. The teachers in her class never notified me that she was ever bit, I had to find out once I picked my daughter up. There were other issues that took place at the daycare with them not caring for my daughter, but the last straw was when she contracted hand foot mouth disease there in the beginning of September, and the daycare lied to all the parents saying that only one child had the disease, but in fact over 10-12 kids had it and thy never notified parents of the true number, nor did they close the center down for at least a few days to properly sanitize the center to stop the spread of the disease. I actually know of a parent who's child just now in the beginning of Nov has contracted a disease that started at the center back at the end of August. The director is also very rarely ever at the center and let's her incompetent staff run the center. The turn over at this center is also terrible, new teachers in the classes coming and going on weekly to monthly basis. If you want your child or infant to be in a safe daycare environment, do not take your child here.
