The teachers a awesome but employment is horrible I was told I was gonna be a assistant teacher and that didn't happen and the pay is ridiculous for a job like that
They tell you ratio is 1 teacher for 8 kids but they have more than 20 kids with 1 "teacher" (un-qualified person who only knows how to turn on an ipad) from ages that go from 18months to 4 years old, in the same classroom. They keep losing their teachers because they do not treat them good. If you ask them why is your kid's diaper full they tell you "I'm new so I don't know where her things are" UNNACCEPTABLE. It is supposed to be a learning center but one day they removed all the books from the classrooms, so no books for the kids, just an IPad all day long. They give frozen food to the kids because they don't prepare ahead of time. Several times parents arrived to the Center and it was closed, no one showed up to open. Once they forgot a kid in the playground by himself for I don't know how long. They kept a kid in a classroom by herself asleep on the floor while the teacher took the other kids outside on the stroller. They had issues with the fire alarm so they decided it was better to just disconnect them to avoid fees. Once a kid was locked in the freezer, why was the kid in the kitchen in the very first place? I could go on and on...
I gave one star because negative numbers are not an option. My child was continually bitten, kids are left unattended, once it was six one year olds strapped in a stroller and left in the hallway. We had numerous problems with diapers not being changed. She wasn't given adequate food and was starving every day when picked up to go home. Owner only cares about money, and voiced complaints are always ignored and blamed on the children by the Director Bhumi. Employees do not have adequate training including being mandated reporter of abuse. The cook was under investigation by DFCS for locking a child in the freezer. Ratios of kids to teachers are always off or they take a child and put them in a different age group, so an infant could end up in a room with one year olds. Cleanliness is non existent and they change multiple kids diapers at a time without disinfecting. Nothing is disinfected.
