Description: American Day School, located in OldTown Alexandria, was founded in 2007 with the ideal of creating a place where children can obtain an outstanding quality of care and education. To reach this goal, we pay attention to every detail, from recruiting extraordinary personnel, using an excellent curriculum, to having the best equipment and materials possible made available to your child. We believe that all children are talented, capable and special, whether they enjoy music or math, whether they want to be a businessperson or a ballerina. And because we know that children learn best when they are actively engaged, we make available to them lots of activities to involve them in concepts, and to empower them to find the ways to learn. Then we provide plenty of space and time to explore, along with lots of support, love and, of course, fun.
