would give negative if able to. It was a horrible and horrific experience. Deeply regret enrolling my daughter. She was at the age of 3 months allowed to be bitten twice on her head. I was never contacted when my husband picked her up after total of two hours there is when told of incident and marks on her head were terrible. They claim to practice safety and caring and taking shoes off before entering the infant room. When he picked her up was told just come in with shoes on and Three other people were in room with shoes on as well with Babies crawling around with no one paying attention to and 1 about to crawl out of the room. Had him sign a paper about bite marks. When spoke to the director Elisha the following day I was told that it is expected for children to get bite at the daycare. My husband spoke to owner and was told would be refunded because she spent a total of 4 hous there in two days and we removed her for her safety. That proved to be a lie with my credit card company sent me a notice stating that they are denying it and full amount is owed. This place is the worst. Liars. Uncaring, irresponsible and not safe to leave a child in thier care.
