MISSION STATEMENT Our mission at AllStar Childcare is to provide a safe, convenient, affordable and developmentally appropriate childcare facility which focuses on the individual needs of each family. We promote communication and good relationships with any and all family members. Our goal is to collaborate with families to fulfill all their child's needs. We understand that it may be difficult to leave your child in someone else's care and we strive to make every family and child feel safe. We believe in an open door policy, all parents/guardians are welcome throughout the day to visit your child, participate in daily activities, or simply observe our day. Please feel free to join us. Our staff is trained (and continuing education is available) to ensure that they are able to consistently care for your unique child. Our promise to parents is that all staff at AllStar Childcare will love and care for your child as if he/she were our own. Philosophy Statement: AllStar Childcare Center believes that play is just as important as formal education. Each classroom implements some of the Montessori methods of teaching with some structured learning and child guided play. We believe that play is vital to a child's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative development. Play facilities communication, promotes physical and motor development and allows children to develop into social human beings. We believe that all children learn and develop skills at their own pace thus we do not limit their learning to one method or practice. There is not a moment in the child's day when they are not learning something new or improving a skill or behavior.
