This place is the absolute worst childcare center. Martha is a terrible person to work for, she is deceptive and unethical in her practices. I was hired and fired within three months without any warning and was lied to about why even though they failed to provide me with proper training AT ALL. I did not receive all my pay and tax forms. They changed my hours without letting me know and when I showed up to work they would send me home after I drove a long ways to get there. The staff was mean, judgmental, and never communicated properly about their expectations. They offered absolutely no training on anything but expected you to know their policies/practices and then if you did something wrong they would scold you for it. They did not provide proper care for the kids. Martha, Mitch, Erisa, and Sarah with were horrible to their staff and nasty, shady, delusive people to work for. DO NOT WORK HERE. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. I wouldn’t trust All For Kids if my life depended on it.
I want to let parents know that this facility has many many more Investigations, running up to present, with Lying about staff education, poor reporting of injury, ect... I do not know why the have not been closed down
I started out as a parent 7 years ago when they opened the center. I have been a volunteer from the start and worked my way to be a lead teacher. I assure everyone that we love and treat these children as if they were our very own. we have spray bottles of bleach mixture as well as soapy water mixture and water spray bottles for cleaning. we clean the tables before and after children eat as well as before and after any activities. trash is taken out during mid day and nightly. there is a bath room cleaning schedule with directions on what needs to be cleaned and employees must sign that they cleaned them. the mother has not been gone for two years, and she calls everyday sometimes multiple times to make sure things are running smoothly. her son has never taken issues out on staff, and is not creepy, he is the kind , caring and most gentle person. the person making the review about him making her feel uncomfortable all I have to ask is why did she return to our establishment to work again. she worked for us and then went to school and came back again to work for us. we don't brag about what we do for the children, the parents know what we have to offer them. we do teach the children everyday, they have lesson plans made by our employess. as a parent of a preschooler i am proud of what she learned at the center. all three of my children have learned to read before 4 years old. i know what this center as to offer, i am proud to be a part of it. it is my second home. i ask to the reviewr if our center is so horrible and children or in danger why does she let her own family member attend? we truley are what our name says all for kids
I worked here prior to obtaining my degree, as an internship. I feel they misrepresent the truth about the center. They never have coverage, and I often never got a break due to understaffing. They constantly were fudging, breaking occupancy rules. The place was filthy, modly, things were never bleached because there was no time. The owners are a son and mother. The mother was never ever there. I heard she has been gone for over 2 years. Her son is really really creepy. He made me really uncomfortable, often took issues out on staff, then turned around when parents are there to bragging about how wonderful we were. One girl said he was always looking for a young girl to marry, and had always made her feel so uncomfortable, she left. I heard them brag to parents about the food, what they did for the kids, but none of that was true. We hardly had time to make a lousy P&J sandwich on day old bread, let alone have time to teach them anything. They also had specific parents that they used for reviews. They were used to talk up the center, and refute any online complaints. Those kids were treated differently then other kids, and they do play favorites. DO NOT GO HERE> YOUR CHILD WILL BE IN DANGER
I would not give them any stars. There is no director, and the lady that supposedly is is actually in AZ I hear. Her son works taking care of kids, usually quite a few more than he should, along with trying to find people to work. After putting up with a lot of decepetion and promises, I finally left
