Plan: Personnel forms will be submitted before person actually begins work, this is totally my fault. On form it asks for date the background check for is returned and I interpreted it to mean send it in when I received this information. Filing system has been changed to make sure all paper work is secure and it does not come up missing and locks have been changed. |
