This place has a serious problem, management is either unable or unwilling to deal with bullying among the kids there. My goddaughter has been inappropriately touched by another child there and there have been no steps taken to resolve this problem. the management and the staff were incredibly rude when this problem was brought to their attention. And this is just one of many problems with this place. they demanded a flat rate of $140 even though their paperwork clearly stated that the fee was dependent on the time she was there. If at all possible avoid this place. If it's unavoidable organized with the other parents so that problems like these don't continue because this place won't change unless we do something together.
owner called and ordered tshirts for her kids. needed then ASAP! got this done for her because she needed them so desperately. let her know they were ready and 3 WEEKS later still didn't pick them up. I had them delivered to her and expected payment. she says we did the wrong color and refused to pay for them. most of this was done through test messages, she sent me the color, color swatches, I sent back color swatches and pics of tshirts for approval AND SHE APPROVED IT. turns out she was wrong, she sent the wrong color. I still have messages and can prove this. from what I understand she's done this to others. unprofessional business person.
So disappointed on the way my child was not taken care of and once I brought it up to the directors attention she dismissed my child and told me she doesn’t have time to be worrying about small things. My child was dismissed for no reason this daycare is an unreliable daycare for children .
This place is against health codes. Teachers yell a lot. Owner does not know how to manage a business. She is rude and unprofessional. Kitchen is disgusting, and they serve out of it even as it is being snaked. They will hire anyone just because they want someone that Will not say anything about time being round down to the closest 0. Children's care there is not good. And when the teachers can not get along and fight either where the children can hear or possibly see. Not to mention the fact that children fight and no one is paying attention because they are either too buy eating, or talking either on a phone or to each other.I went in the other day to pick up my grandchild and seen so may things wrong. Kids leaving classrooms without supervision. Kids in the kitchen. Kids drinking from the faucet of a sink instead of a glass in the kitchen. It was disgusting! This place should be checked out, or closed.
The owner of this facility hired us to have their intercom system looked at because it was not turning on at all. They were quoted $80.00 labor plus parts, given the price for a transformer to bring the system back to life and any other issues that may have been caused by the power surge would need to be addressed after it was brought back to life. We were told to proceed. When we arrived at the appointed time and our tech installed the transformer, the owner was away, there was no check for the part as previously agreed to and he was told a check would be mailed the following day.Weeks later we still haven't been paid, the owner refuses to pay, and will not give back our equipment. These people are not trustworthy at all.
