Owner/director had a mandatory staff meeting on 05/22/25 which all staff had reviewed, read and signed appropriate discipline and behavior guidance requirements per OK licensing guidelines book. On 04/22/25, owner/director has reduced pay and wrote-up the personnel who spanked her own child. Owner/director has made a program policy for teaching personnel on 04/23/25. No teaching personnel will be in direct supervision of their own child if their child attends daycare at this facility. |
