A cook in a child care facility meets the definition of a child care staff. Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) Parent updated file and added A Touch Above Childcare as needed. This was corrected on site while inspector was present via a phone call to parent to update. As stated Serenity was not in ratio or in any class where children were present. She was doing orientation/training in the kitchen and was with another employee at all times. Her background and fingerprints were completed and were waiting on DESE to send the eligibility letter. When told she needed the letter before orientation/training she left until letter was received. Eligibility letter was received the next day. |
