Description: Our name states our philosophy in its simplest form. The name, A Child’s Center of Wonder & Discovery was carefully chosen for its descriptive vocabulary and its double meaning.  The first and most obvious meaning describes our center as an exciting place for children to discover the world around them in an environment created just for them.  With the help of skilled teachers, children are led to discoveries of their own. Swiss Psychologist Jean Piaget stated, “Each time one prematurely teaches a child something he could have discovered by himself, that child is kept from inventing it and consequently from understanding it.”
