Violation Observed: Ensure that approved sleeping equipment is provided for each child as required. At the time of the inspection, a child was sleeping in the infant swing in room 3. Upon Director's request, staff moved the infant from the swing and placed the infant in their crib.

Violation Observed: Based on report, ensure that the staff utilize positive methods of guidance and discipline at all times throughout the center. At the time of the inspection, a named child was not redirected from the block area as per the discipline policy, and the named staff told the OOL inspector she “does not follow the center's discipline policy” because "it does not work".

At the time of the inspection, Room 10 was inaccessible to children due to severe water leaks in the ceiling, lights and walls. Repair the water leaks or request to have Room 10 removed from the center's licensed space.

Violation Observed: Ensure that the crockpot is moved to a stable surface and secured in room 3. Upon inspector's request, staff moved the crockpot onto a stable surface.
