Arrival is chaotic. Schedules are never followed as listed. Teachers are sweet but don’t have a clue what they are doing! Overall I pulled my kid out I felt it was not going to work out. This facility needs a lot of improvements with faculty and building.
Toured the facility and some teachers were on there phone while sitting away from the children. The children were on floor unsupervised. To top it off the gate was closed and waited for them to open the gate and had to call. Just so unprofessional. I would not recommend this daycare at all. Nothing is new just refurbished equipment.
No stars if I could. Place looks like it hasn’t been organized since the 80’s. Teachers and director look like headless chickens running around with nothing known at the top of their heads. Kids were being left unattended. As other posts below here have said ... stay away and I would not bring my children here. Disappointing.
Toured this place and the teachers seemed not known what they were doing. One teacher walked out of her classroom just to ask the director a question and left kids unattended. The director made a face at her. She did leave the kids unattended for several seconds. As a parent of a young child I would never take my kids there. Parents if I were you look elsewhere.
Terrible. Director was rude, didn’t seem like she knew what she was talking about. Place is disorganized, would never bring my children here. Stay away
I went on a tour about a week ago and the secretary was a little rude when I asked questions. I noticed only several classes were in ratio but with no aides in classes. We went by another classroom where a teacher was taking about 12 children potty by herself and it was chaos. She had no control. I did not enroll my child there at all. Staff and place seemed so disorganized. Poorly maintained school.
Had my 7 year old child there over this past summer hoping that he would make friends and maybe attend there next year for summer. He refuses to go back. He said they were in the gym for hours and with little children in the mix. Several classmates were able to have special privileges that other children didnt have like bring snacks and toys. I will not take my child back there.
These people are really rude and disrespectful to the children and the poor kids poor kids don’t have lunches to eat and they don’t care about them.
Preschool Director did not have any information of the toddler class that she knew off her head. She had to read it off a paper. She didn't even know the fees of the class. As much experience she proclaimed to have she couldn't tell me the correct information. The teachers on the other hand seemed nice. Once I started there it had a lot of teacher changes. Not a consistent presence of staff. I brought up the concern to the director she was really rude about it. So I pulled my child out.
