Description: What started as a mission and vision became a reality. Luis Enrique Montemayor, former educator opened PLCC Child Care Center on May 17, 2004. Mr. Montemayor’s vision had always been to give the best service and best facility to our children in the community. As any business, PLCC’s toughest year was the first one, yet a very successful one. PLCC LLC was able to max capacity at 57 children in their first year and sustain through out the years. PLCC has been able to accomplish great things. PLCC was the first child care to partner up with La Joya I.S.D. in the City of La Joya and provide the TEEM CIRCLE curriculum, which was a great success and gave PLCC its first formal graduation. PLCC also accomplished a Level 3 Child Care with State Licensing Standards which is the highest level in the child care industry. PLCC is also a C.C.S. provider and under the Nutrition Program to keep providing the best nutritional meals for your children. After three years, PLCC accomplished a 4 Star child care under the Texas Rising Stars program. Furthermore, PLCC is partnered with STC (South Texas College) and was one of the eleven child care centers from the Rio Grande Valley to be chosen by Texas Migrant Council to partner up with.
