As stated in the previous review, the children seem to be unattended frequently, and allowed to roam freely during the afternoons especially. Some of the staff also appear to be extremely young, and perhaps not mature enough to deal with children older than infants.

I took my child to this provider with the highest of expectations as from the outside the place is very inviting and the staff was friendly.

At this point I'm upset that I did not remove my child earlier. Unsatisfactory events included picking my own child up at least 6 times sitting in a soiled diaper (who knows for how long, toddlers throwing high heeled shoes at one another while the teacher is looking at her phone, kids hitting each other/crying for the entire time I'm there with no adult even in sight, poor financial documentation, and the list goes on.

I say this with the highest concern for fellow parents, please think strongly about this place before placing your child here. Just drop by unannounced a few times to witness the absolute chaos that unfolds. If I could have rated this place a zero I would have!
