Nicki's Critters

Its taken me a minute to get on here and write this review. I was so impressed when we first started with nikkis. Everyone was so sweet, and then we started noticing little things. The owner is not there much, leaving the manager in control. All I will say on that is if I was an employee there I would run for the door. She is flat out rude to her employees. I felt sorry for the ones that I seen her be so rude to on several occasions, and this was in front of a parent, so I can't even imagine what its like when a parent isn't present. There is another employee that only works afternoons and summer time, I am trying not to say names, but she is so loud and she has not a problem getting onto another employee, and she is NOT a manager. Its so bad, I can't even really put into words. And kids are subjected to that. Its awful. I took my kids out because enough was enough, and you know not to say anything to anyone because it don't do no good. Either your complaint never makes it to the owner or the owner just don't care about the employees who are being subjected to loud, uncalled for management and non management. Think twice before sending your kids there. It is wonderful at first. But then you will see all the uglyness behind the sense. My kids were always taken care of, but Im worried about what they were subjected to with such loud and uncalled for behavior of so called management. Makes me wonder if they treat an adult that way, how do they really treat kids when parents are not around.
