If I could give it zero stars I would. The owner and the management are all about the business side of things with little to no respect or care to the children at school. Even though the teachers are super sweet and helpful, think twice before enrolling! If there is "no room" for your child to move up a class even though he/she is older or more advanced than the class he/she is in, they wont move you! They dont care for the education but the "spot" or the "headcount". NCLB starts here!! Beware parents!

And while the Director claims there were falsehoods in my review, which they were not, she told her own lies. My son had not been released from a previous school for behavioral reasons. Furthermore, her staff clearly stated that a child must be picked up within 30 minutes contrary to the Director's statement. How unethical, unprofessional, and soul less of Ms. Jennifer, but I would not expect anything different from her. A reviewer on another website was so disgusted that she referred to the Director Jennifer as an imbecile. I won't go to that extent, but one gets the picture.

Son thrown out of school because of one incident in the parking lot where director stood by watching and did not help or send anyone to help. She said it was her job to watch comings and goings, and if she had been so concerned about others and us, then why didn't she send someone out? She did not. It was only after I complained that it was a safety and community issue that she stated he had to leave with 2-3 days in the middle of the school year to find a new school. After he left, it was the first time I had been informed that he was problematic on a daily basis! They wrote no such daily reports, only 1 time did he have a problem before this. No where in their handbook does it state that the parking lot was sufficient cause to kick him out. And no meeting with director/teachers about any of his behavior, prior to this as stated in handbook. I have the daily reports to prove this, which all mentioned no problems. Also, if your son or daughter is sick, you must pick him/her up within 30 minutes!! And this is also not stated in their handbook but was told to me on 2 different occasions.

Kipling Street Academy is the best child care facility in town. I was very sad to withdraw my son after we had to move away. During our 3 years there, we could not have been happier. The teachers and staff were absolutely amazing! The director was great at communicating what was going on and would even call and check in with us during his first days there. The owner keeps the cleanest school I've seen and my son ALWAYS came home happy and talking about his teachers and was anxious to go back each day. I would recommend KSA to anyone!

Steer clear! Jennifer claims the staff is degreed, but they are not! And,every time the first of the month rolled around, the 1st question I would get when I walked in the door was, "do you have tuition?" Also, I always brought my daughter later. They repeated told me that she did better when I brought her earlier and that it was distracting when I showed up later. This was after I made sure I could bring her when I wanted to and they assured me that I could. The worst thing was that they told me my child had "behavior issues," and that I had 2 wks to change it or find another school. Come to find out her only problem was that she didn't take naps - so the staff couldn't do other things that Jennifer wanted them to do. Funny how her current school thinks she's an angel!
