I have used this provider for more than 6 months
My son is two years old and can say his ABCs, count and recognizes his colors. We are starting to potty train and the daycare supports our efforts. It’s amazing how they put in so much time with my child and help him in his learning and development!! They truly over my child
My grandson went here two years. We noticed unusual upsetting behavior this last six months, cuts, bruises, he was bitten repeatedly by ants all over his neck and face and parents were not notified. When he begin to cry when we tried to get him to potty and begin to slap the table and scream NO we were sure this was behavior directed at him from a staff member. When these observations were brought to the staff's and owners attention they told us not to bring my grandson back if we didn't like the way they handled him.
Needless to say we didn't bring him back. Staff turnover is high here. We were told by other parents that another child at a different location had been severely injured and the owner was being sued. It has taken weeks to calm my grandson down and make him feel secure about using the bathroom without his crying. The owner stated to me one morning when asked about discipline. "We tell children if they hit us we will hit them back". Not a very mature or professional way to handle a child. I am in the process of reporting this owner and these caregivers to the state.
