This is a letter sent to this school from our family after recent repeated problems were ignored and then attempted to be silenced. Please know that this program is three times more expensive than the best truly Christian based private school in the area, and that children are not in the Christian or academic environment presented.

To Whom It May Concern,

This is your notice, that all pertinent information regarding the "care" of my children while in your establishment will be promptly reported in all online resources as of this day. Interestingly you had no reviews of your ..."program"... in the nearly dozen websites I have found thus far. Your first one will hopefully forever be one to remember.

It is a sincere shame that Joleen Howard-Browne is the figurehead and director of this establishment. It speaks poorly when she warns new parents of her disorganization, as well as has numerous teachers and aids tell parents to avoid her at all cost, as she is chronically misinformed and/or lost in her attempts to do her job. As it is obvious to any vigilant parent that your program suffers insufficient teachers, hopefully future potential candidates will read my reviews of your program, and in turn think twice about entering your doors.

There were numerous meetings due to chronic problems, false information, completely uninformed management. Of the three children we enrolled and started in June, our most outgoing and independent three year old child had to be removed after only two weeks because he stated his teacher hit him and was too terrified to even enter the building. As this was reported to be typical for his age we allowed the twins to remain in their programs. As we continued to scrutinize the care of our children we became increasingly concerned that no one managed the people entering or leaving the unsecured building. A quarter of the days during the time we came to this program the computerized program for checking in and out, which is invisible from the office which no human is consistently in, was not working. Additionally, no one could consistently report whether our children ate, slept, or were happy and making friends during the day. This is only a handful of the long list of grievances we have about this program. Now the direct lies from this director started. After seven weeks of being told one of our childrens teachers was certified, it finally came out that she is in fact only aid. Every time we would come in requesting information she would verbally run in circles nervously refusing to commit to one. Of the half dozen requests for a copy of a preschool curriculm for the fall, none was ever able to be produced.

Finally when a situation of questionable sexual activity, during the first day of vacation bible school, at this Christian school occurred, her answer was to literally put her hand in the face of an again concerned parent, tell us that she reported the "supposed" incedent to the state to cover themselves legally, then later that day remove the four year old children from the program, and building.

Abruptly pulling my children out of your establishment has only further convinced us that this program has little, if any, true Christian or other morally objective motivation towards chidlren at all. I will make it my mission to prevent other innocent families and children from wasting their precious finances, and impressionable minds and hearts in a program that is so poorly managed that children are ultimately being hurt.

This situation will not go unnoticed, and hopefully not accounted for.
