Horrible. Received notice on Friday that both teachers for my daughter were being let go due to lack of enrollment. The director or owners never reached to the parents and it was just handled the worst way possible. The teachers we had were invaluable to us and I personally feel as though we've had a death in the family. I saw at least 3 other moms in tears this morning for our teachers last day. I can certainly go on and on but hopefully this will detour any consideration for Frisco Trails Montessori. Please don't put your family through what we just went through.
This school has come a long way in the past year. Owners and Director are actively involved and ensure that issues are addressed. My son loves his teacher and has been extremely happy. Good staff and great environment.
FTM is an all-around wonderful pre-school. The teachers are well-qualified and caring. My children love going to school.
You will never feel welcomed in this school, everytime you drop your kid off/pick up we get the "why the heck are you here looks". The Director is horrible, you go to talk to her about any concerns she will be rude and ask you to leave the school and go somewhere else. No teacher lasts for more than 6months tops. The teacher turnover rate is so high, mostly because they are not treated right by the director. There was a teacher in our class, who had issues(beating up kids/dragging by hair), we could not get that fixed untill some parent filed a law suit. Kids are unhappy and never want to go to school.

Really just an all around excellent school - the director, Melissa, is amazing; she not only makes you feel great about the but she also has the qualifications and skills to back it. The teachers are all professionals, the atmosphere is so great - clean, organized, welcoming. My 2 1/2 yr old son has been attending for several months now and is excelling, both emotionally and academically! We are so grateful for such a wonderful place where we feel good having our son attend! Thank you Frisco Trails Montessori!
