I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Children are left to play with minimal supervision. My child constantly came home crying and/or hurt and has told me that they were left unattended in quiet time on a regular basis. The teacher claimed that they don’t do time outs (because they call them quiet time?) and that my child was fine. A child that comes home crying regularly and is scared to go to school isn’t fine.

The assistant director does not care about the kids and has a heavy chip on her shoulder - the management doesn’t seem to get along or communicate.

This center has had 2 covid outbreaks but has not changed a single thing. We won’t be back.

I am an employee

The staff there are great, they really have a passion for children and love what they do.
management on the other hand is not so good. The director and the assistant director are never on the same page with each other and don't seem to know exactly what they're doing. On my personal experience I would say the director only cares for herself not the best interest for the children!!
so with that said I would give 5 stars to the teachers because they are great, and 1 star for the management because at least they're holding it open somehow, somewhat.
