Director was horrible. When you have issues they don’t even attempt to fix them. The classes are always Having to be moved around bc they are over the amount allowed. My boys would get switched from class to class at one point. Communication is horrible. I am a single working mom. Communication is a must with me. They never would let me know what’s going on. The last straw was when the director disrespect me and began calling my phone blocked when she was upset of my tone back. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
If your wondering why this facility is constantly hiring new employees it is do to the Owner and Director treating the employees horribly. The assumption that this is a christian based school is just that an assumption. The owner is money hungry and has no desire or ability to treat people fairly. I am not a disgruntled employee. I very happily freed myself from that employment prison
During the school year the center is ran much better, with few changes. During the summer months it is quite chaotic. There is little care and many disruptions. The center is SUPERB on the outside and inside, but it needs more qualified staff who really care about the kids. Until then save your money, Sorry.
my son was there for 2 weeks for part time , i really don't like the way they treated my son, they called my cell phone and at my work and my husband several times and explained to me that he is not behaving well and they want me to enrolled him for full time ,,, i felt like they are just for money ,,not caring my son since this is my son's first day care and he cannot understand english well ,,,i really don't trust this school and staff
I've only had the wool pulled over my eyes once, but it never involved my children or broke my heart like the neglect displayed at Children's Safari. From outside to inside the school is totally beautiful; the decor and scented candles reminded me of home, and I immediately trusted them. The teachers were constantly being moved/replaced, which forced the director to hire anyone that walked through the door. My son, which was in the toddler room, was constantly exposed to sick kids. I'm talking green snot running into the kids mouth, which I immediately reported! I caught the teachers grabbing the toddlers by their arms and pushing them against the wall, so that they could clean their classrooms. The kids would scream and cry, and the teachers would ignore them while cleaning or talking to one another! My son received a huge knot and cuts on his face with no explanations given. This was the final straw! I was told by the director that she had 250 kids, and that she nor the two teachers could not tell me what happened to my son. I spoke with the director, and she was unfazed nor passionate about keeping the children safe and happy. It was clearly about the money, so please don't allow the "Christian" foundation blind you into believing that they love their "neighbors" or your children.
My daughter was enrolled her for about 1 year, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly friendly, and very easy to work with. They addressed any and every concern very quickly and really made us as parents comfortable. My daughter loved it there and at the end of the day didn't even want to come home. They have a very loving staff, incredibly reasonable pricing, and a VERY nice and clean environment.
