Description: A staff that lovingly, consistently, and creatively supports children's natural desire to learn is the most valuable asset of our Learning Center. Our teachers go through a pre-service training and a thorough orientation that cover all aspects of children's development. By providing nourishment, bodily care, rest, movement and safety the teachers will meet the student's physical needs; by providing security and companionship the teachers will meet the student's social and emotional needs; by providing opportunities to make choices, explore interesting materials, and try out a range of challenging experiences; by listening and paying careful attention to the students attempts to communicate their desires, by responding to these attempts, and by conversing with the students even when they're too little to respond their sociolinguistic needs will be met. Our teachers are also required to attend at least 15 hours of ongoing annual trainings. (Research has shown that teachers who are better trained are better to prevent, recognize, and correct health and safety problems according to the Department of Family and Protective Services.) Teachers in the infant room are required to use disposable booties in order to provide a cleaner floor for our children who are in the crawling stage.

Unless you have a perfect child, a child who will just sit there and not bother the staff all day do not bother with this daycare. They have no background in how a child should perform for their age. No idea on the amount of time a child is suppose to sit for their age level. I had very high expectations only to have very high disappointments. Discrimination in a multiple of areas.
.The Owner is rude and had no manners when addressing issues with concerned parents. You can not speak to parents like children! Poor communication among the teachers and parents and director. They did not inform me of incident in class till two days after the fact, and expected me to sign off on incident report! NO! Office staff is cold and show no emotion or genuine concern. Teacher turn over is huge here!!! Your child will not have one teacher but multiple!! Bulling in the class is not addressed and there can be upwards of three different teachers watching your child thru out the day. The "curriculum" is a Joke!!! ZERO structure! NO WORTH THE EXPENSE!! and Piano Lessons....ok ...when was the recitle...I mean we paid all year and nada!?
It seems like their staffs are not friendly, when we walked in, asked simple questions like tuition, class size, etc. but they said that all these info will be given on Wednesday only during the tour. just cold faces.
Unreasonable and unprofessional director-owner. They are discriminatory about who they allow to attend the daycare. They claim to be a bible-based learning center but management does not exhibit any biblical behavior when it comes handling any conflict with child&parent. Director needs to be held accountable for abiding by her own policies - they violate their own policy and make up their own rules when its convenient for them. Director is unfair.
It appears to be a well maintained facility, but SAFETY is a big issue there. My son had to get nine stitches below his right eye because the nap mats were not put away in a timely manner after naptime and he tripped over them hitting his head on a table. I found out from employees that they were told to tell me a different story because the director did not want to be liable for the doctor bill. Now he has a perminent scar on his face. More recently, my 1 year old daughter was left outside alone in the playground area unattended. The center was already under investigation for this same matter happening to other children. The center is in a good location but her priority is MONEY not the well being of the children. There is an extremely high teacher turnover rate, as well. I am sorry that I ever recommended this place to others. Both my children no longer attend.
