Very bad experience! Most of the staff are improperly trained and the child care director said himself that it is a "private" club and not open to the public... The staff members put their hands on my child, restrained him illegally and unnecessarily, and left bruises, they also humiliated and shamed my child. They need a director and CEO that can adhere to their core values of "for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility'. There is not one staff person that was willing to be responsible for the horrible experience my child had while in their care! Nor did they care to listen to my concerns... Be wary until they have had a restructuring of their child care programs.
