I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Set up childcare with this provider months in advance, paid a cash deposit and two weeks before sending my child to this facility, I get a hand-written note in the mail saying she is no longer taking my child. She did return the deposit, however, she ignored my calls and voicemails when I tried contacting her to just ask what was going on. She has the right not to take my child, it is her facility and decisions and I completely understand that but refusing to answer my calls and not returning my voicemails is just extremely unprofessional.
