My two children attend this daycare, and the oldest has been there for five years now. There are four separate rooms (infant, toddler, preschool, and before/after care) for the different ages, plus a gym, two outdoor playground (one for infants, the other for ages 2 and up), and occasional use of a conference room. The daycare is open 7am-5:30pm, which accommodates most work schedules. Many of the caregivers have a nice balance of nurturing and discipline, and the ratios of caregivers to children is small. Breakfast and snacks are provided, but parents must pack lunches from home. There is a mini-fridge and microwave in three of the rooms. Each room has a daily schedule/routine except the infant room, which promotes a sense of routine and organization to the day. During the summer, the preschool and older kids go on weekly field trips. My son prefers his daycare days over stay-home days, if that says something. My only concern is that I've seen a lot of turnover in the staff. Only two of eight caregivers have been there for the past five years straight.
