We have had kids at this facility for almost 5 years now. The employees care a lot about the children, they keep the school aged kids well occupied when not in school. The younger kids get the pre-school learning they need before entering kindergarten. Any concerns I have had with an experience have been addressed immediately, to my satisfaction (even when it is hours after the facility closed and a my child says something to me about the day, the owner has dealt with it right then and there). I would highly recommend this facility.
If I could have chose 0 I absolutely would have. This is a very scary and dysfunctional place to take your children.I have never been more scared for my children. I had a 3 year old and a 6 month old in this daycare. I was in school at the time so they only needed about 4 hours of care each day. During the time my children were in the care of this daycare they were not treated the way they should have been. My 3 year old came home with appeared to an adult hand around my child's arm as if grabbed. I asked what happened and it was confirmed that the "teacher" grabbed my child and put her in line apparently my child wasn't moving fast enough for them. I went in and demanded to see footage from their camera and was given the run around. Against my better judgement I kept both children in their care. BIG MISTAKE. Later down the road I got a call saying my 6 month old fell pretty hard earlier in the day and had slept for 5 STRAIGHT HOURS before I was notified. Thankfully he was ok. But what did my BABY fall off of? Their changing table? The highchair? Someone dropped him? I will never know becuase again the run around with cameras. Why have cameras if parents can't access them?? Seems fishy. My advice is to do your home work call her DFS liscenser get any and all information that you can. The feel you get when you start asking questions speaks for it's as well they all got very defensive as if they had something to hide.
