About the Provider

Description: Each child is a unique individual with unique needs. Development takes place at a different pace for each child, and we appreciate every step along the way. Early learning should be a fun and exciting experience for every child. The method of guidance used by our staff is designed for prevention of conflict rather than punishment. Praise of good behavior is more effective than punishment for negative behavior. Children are redirected to a more positive activity, avoiding time outs. It is important for us to respect each child in order to teach them how to be a respectful person themselves. Without Walls is committed to doing our part to ensure a positive future, and that future starts with your children.

Your child's needs are our primary focus. We are always available to discuss the needs of your family, and do whatever we can to make your child's early education a wonderful experience for your child and your family.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I have used this provider for less than 6 month, if I could give them a 0 start I would. My child is not an average two year old. Although, very smart and clever, he has the strength and body of a 4-5 year old. Before enrolling him into this daycare, we shared that we the staff. We also made them aware that he has never been in daycare or any social environment that involved other kids. He is what many people call a “Covid baby.” We knew that his interaction with other kids would be a bit of a challenge and that he would need a lot of redirection to get him used to others around him. I have to say that everything that was said on the previous comment is correct. I wished I would’ve seen this website before I enrolled my child to this childcare. My son has been there for less than 2 months and has already over 10 write ups for his behaviors, in which majority of them were results of lack of supervision. Yes, I have been called multiple times to pick him because they don’t have any well educated professional to handle the situation. Please, be aware!

Parent that loves their kid 2023-05-11 21:22:36
I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Just ask around , my son went to this school for almost 4 years, unfortunately he is behavioral and this place has no training in behavioral needs or how to deescalate children of toddler age, parents get calls daily to pick up because they cannot console and have uneducated “teachers “ who do not know how to speak to children or want to have your child picked up once they already trigger them. Harsh reality is many kids have behavioral issues and will need correct supports, contacts and training to deal and unfortunately they cannot handle this here . The director is worried about quantity over quality in some of her staff because the ones who work with the younger children are great and have good experience. The toddler and up stage should not be considered to send any child unless you are prepared to have to leave work daily to do their job also .
