The program overall does not feel clean. Carpets (Especially rooms 107, 106, 110, 109, 108) contain debris and stains, hard surface floors (Rooms 110, 109, 106) dirty with small items such as toys, food waste, crayons, and do not appear to have been mopped for some time due to general dirt and water stains on floors. Hole in wall in room 110 and drywall has a rip in it. Cable outlet box in room 106 does not have a cover on it. Carpet in room 106 ripped and fraying, tripping hazard, needs removed. The womens and mens restrooms trash need to have lids on them as they are used for dirty pull ups.
