Description:
Westbury Tender Loving Nursery and Daycare has been family owned and operated since 2010. My name is Marianna Ferrantelli I am the owner and director of Westbury TLC. TLC has been a lifelong dream which became a reality due to the hard work and dedication of my family namely my father, Aldo Nicoletta. The values and morals instilled by him throughout my life are the basis for which TLC natures and support its families. I dedicate Westbury TLC to my dad in memory of a great man who always believed that family comes first. The care your child will receive by our experienced staff creates a positive and growing environment. The curriculum taught in our supportive learning atmosphere is based on the early childhood development programs utilized by the department of education of the City of New York. This prepares our students for the next stage of their scholastic career. Westbury TLC always has a small child to teacher ratio and always focuses on your child's needs first. The dedication and structure provided by TLC has shown through to many families proving that TLC is "Parents 1st choice in Quality Care".

There are new staff every 2-3 months. The ratio is never done by regulations. They have unqualified teachers running classrooms, and they only clean when it is necessary. They are all about the money and are very good about manipulation. They have had multiple child abuse alligations and many children pulled only to be filled with more kids, who are then pulled because of constant illness and complaints about mistreatment. There are worst places, but there are also better places. Ask the owner what happended to Ben Soehl, and or Kirsten Grossan. Best of luck, finding a childcare places. Unfortunally this place is not a good one,but they can put on a good show !
Before you go please check the ocfs dep.
They had a case for infant abuse with one of her teachers!!!!
