Their cntr appeared clean, neat which appealed to me. I let lady in front, Cristina, know that my daughter, who was approx. 3, 3 1/2 at the time, was not fully, 100% potty trained, I told her she would go #1 & #2, but that she was still having accidents. I asked if it was ok for my daughter to be placed in the classroom w/her age group so that she could copy & follow other kids in going potty, that she would be fully potty trained in no time & if they could try that for a week. She said she didn't see a problem w/that, but that she had to ask the teacher. The teacher came out to meet me, I told her about my daughter, my request & she said that sure they can try that, no problem. On 1st day she attended, her father went to pick her up, she was sitting against wall crying, scared & had been put w/babies in diapers & crawling. He got upset & asked me why she was in that classroom. Our daughter kept crying that she didn't want to be w/babies, as she was the youngest & was not used to that. I asked them why they had done that & gone back on their assurances to me, they apologized & said that those were their policies. I asked why had they not told me that before I had paid all the money & enrolled her. There were also instances where she was soiled w/urine & several times where she told us of being hurt & no incident report was given to us, her supplies that I had taken there had been lost too. I took her out of there & put her in another cntr. When that other place became too costly & was too much wear & tear on my car we considered giving them another chance, since she was already familiar w/the cntr, teachers. They apologized for previous incidents, assured me nothing else would happen & Keri, Director, even said that I wouldn't have to pay Deposit or Registration fee again. After several mnths of her being there I was told I owed Deposit & Registration fee, I reminded them of what Director had told me, however, they washed their hands, back peddled, told me to call Corp, which were very rude.
