Description: The Child Care program operates year-around from 6:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. All children are provided for in safe, well-equipped, cheerful classrooms and a secure stimulating playground. Classrooms are air conditioned and have computers. There are three, specific, individual developmentally appropriate programs. Children who begin at LECC at age three, may continue with the same classmates, through Primary Child Care, Pre-Kindergarten Child Care, Full Day Kindergarten classes and beyond. Children who then attend public school may participate in the Before and After School program. In the Summer, our Full Day program turns into a cultural experience as the children "visit" different global locations each week. The weekly Moon Walk, Field Trip, Guest Visitor, Sign Language Class, and Food Tasting seminar will give your child a something to look forward to every day! The continuity of the LECC program provides peace of mind for parents and comfort for the children who attend. A well balanced hot lunch is served in addition to 2 healthy snacks. Daily lesson plans and comments concerning what your child ate and his or her general conduct are sent home daily.
