WC Preschool/Cardinal Care is a licensed registered ministry. Cardinal Care is VCP approved and Path's to Quality level 1 approved. All staff meembers are CPR and First Aid Trained. We offer degreed teachers and approved ratios in a Christian Atmosphere. Cardianl Care offers before and after school care with breakfast option.
