Description: Village Preschool began in 1962 when Frances Richmond began nurturing and caring for young children, first in her home and then at Saratoga Federated Church a year later. From then until now it has been a warm, nurturing and highly-respected early childhood program. It is designed to help each child have a happy and successful start in his or her education before the formal school process begins.
