I was a prior employee of this company I really thought when I applied that it was a good company at first. Once MS Kat left from being the manager things started to go down hill. What I noticed is their was changes left and right each manager they hired half of them don’t even have their credentials to even be a manager so they were taking classes to know how to be one while being a manager that didn’t make sense. By law to be a manager you need to have these classes done beforehand not during. Other things that I noticed is even working in different classrooms during Covid the facility said to parents they were cleaning all the time that isn’t true especially since the school closed due to many different staff and kids getting Covid. Also prior to working here during Covid times I asked as an employee that I have family members so how can you keep us safe while working, miss Victorias answer was by hiring cleaning crew which I never saw, and wearing your mask and getting vaccinated. Well half of the staff that was vaccinated got sick and same with the staff that wasn’t vaccinated. From working their I was told that I needed to get vaccinated otherwise if I didn’t I would not be able to work their, if I would have known I could have opted out of the vaccine without much testing at this time I would have. When kids get ouches the teachers are supposed to write what happens with that being said I would write what happened then be called into the office because what I wrote is to descriptive and would be best to keep it short and sweet. Honestly I am not the type of person to sugar coat anything I mean what’s the point in even having the paper if you can’t write down in detail what happened. Also if kids items would go missing and let’s say you say to the mangers I don’t know what happened to it, the managers would say well you need to know where it is saying i don’t know isn’t ok next time say you will look for it. For me I felt that I was always picked on for being honest and speaking my mind. To be honest with everyone I am so glad I don’t work their anymore. As having a family emergency when I called out 1 day no one seemed to understand especially since I was house sitting someone’s dog that hadn’t eaten for 4 days and needed to take the animal to the vet that is why I called a few hours before my shift letting everyone know that something drastic happened over night. No one seemed to understand because they asked when I would be able to come in well I don’t know I have to get the animal help then for them to say we’ll find a family member not being understanding at all, so I ended going to work in the evening later to find out that night the dog passed away then later to tell my work the dog died that wasn’t even mine Everyone seemed shocked like I was making something up and said oh wow I am sorry didn’t think it was that serious. Well now my uncles dog passed away but now at work. I felt that other staff members were favored as well other people had drastic things happen and got different treatment then others. The only thing that I can say is if I knew how this company treated its staff I would have never set foot in that door. Also with taken care of the kids I would be changing a diaper and their would be kids running all around and the staff would get mad well what am I supposed to do when I am changing a diaper. I just would give this place a second thought when bringing your kids. If this could be rated lower I would.
