I live across the kids playground. On Wednesday of this week I was looking over and witnesses how this Latino and Somali aid were telling the kids (ages between 3-4yrs old) "you have been bad, you are fighting and not listening". They had about 15 kids walking around and they were making kids repeat: "I will listen to my teacher,"and something about listening ears. Then they made the kids march, it was as if those poor kids were in boot camp. They went around about 10 times and I got frustrated watching all this and I said loudly "that lady is mean!". The Latino lady who looked as if she was uncharged just took the kids to an area that was hard for me to see and in a minute she stopped. The Somali lady was telling the kids, "you don't listen, It makes me sad". I was horrified cause they should understand that kids that little do not usually listen and obey but the punishment was severe. I doubt that so many kids misbehaved at the same time. I just hope that parents can read this and investigate more in depth how their kids are being treated.
