We were going to bring our children here, however we had second thoughts due to the pushy sales tactics used to pressure us into giving a deposit. We were told (late evening) that there was only going to be one spot left, so we gave our deposit. An updated post was left online saying she still had multiple spots available. Our gut feeling was affirmed about the whole situation after we saw the online post. We decided to cancel the next morning and asked for our deposit refund. At first, she agreed to return our deposit. Hours later she changed her mind and told us it was nonrefundable. This "nonrefundable" deposit policy was not stated anywhere.
