Business ran by an owner who is unethical with an unprofessional manner. She does not follow her own contract and charges parents for the time she should not be charging and when confronted she does nothing but yells because she does not get her way. There is no talking to this woman as she is uncivilized and truly does not care for the children; she only cares about money. It is not a suitable environment for children as she has a very bad temper and harbors much anger that is exposed to the children. There is also a problem with lack of communication and advance notice of changes. Most parents do not have the luxury of being self-employed and have to plan care for their children so to be told a few days in advance that the daycare is closed is unacceptable. She is very unprofessional! For example, she changed her mind on being closed then blamed it on one of her assistants. At the end of the day, she is supposed to be the boss so accept some responsibility and own up. She should not run any sort of business nor care for children. She cannot write or speak properly so unless you want your child exposed to poor language and sentence structure ... Stay away from this place! I’ve also witnessed her using the highchairs as a form of restraint for children. There is no reason for children to be in high chairs if they are not eating and certainly not any child older than 6! I made it known immediately that I did not want my child in the high chair other than to eat. My child was NOT to be restrained or sleep in the highchair as other children, EVER. The assistants were fantastic, but she is not fit to run any sort of business and most of all care for children. The majority of the time she is not there. She runs off about 3-4 months out of the year leaving her assistants to run the business. She claimed to “care” for my child but threw my child out like a piece of trash when she was confronted with her lies and cheating ways. She completely lost her mind when it caught up to her and she was busted. Then she has the nerve to harass my family despite our agreement to part ways because her business is sinking. My family and I were happy to part from her and her business but then comes out of the woodwork because again she has been harboring anger and is desperate for money. We have told her to not contact us but disrespects our wishes. After much thought, I have to warn parents of this volatile, unethical woman. I cannot say it any clearer... Worst daycare ever ran by a completely unstable woman. P.S... Some of these reviews are by her own family that do NOT attend her daycare. Again, trying to lie her way through just for money.
unprofessional and money hungry need I say more? Might be affordable but you get what you pay for. Your tuition will go up on her whim. Parents beware! She is a pathological liar.
