DO NOT ATTEND TRINITY DAYCARE! I am finally writing a review on this place because I am concerned for other parents. I started using this daycare only because my younger siblings attended this daycare, and she stated she was a Christian and ran her business that way which I really liked. Given all the one star rankings on google and every where else I still decided to give them a chance. I entered daycare with my son, Grayson, somewhere in the beginning of 2021 he was 10 months old at the time. I just had my daughter, Addy, the summer of 2021 and she also started the same daycare. Grayson is now almost 2 years old and Addy is 7 months old, Cynthia Grahm, the owner, would call/text me nearly every day needing Grayson to be picked up immediately; some of her reasonings were he pooped one too many times today, he has not napped, he has gotten bit by another kid and the list goes on. Cynthia was constantly over stepping and telling me what to feed my kid and what not to feed my kid. My younger siblings (they no longer attend) have said she even spanked some kids. I have not seen any proof of spanking but she has made some remarks to me saying things like "I wouldn't want to have to spank him today" and I ignored it at the time thinking she was joking. This past week is where things really got bad, she threatened calling CPS on me and my family because I was not living in a house ( I live in an apartment), she texted me saying she does not think Grayson should continue attending this daycare due to "behavioral issues and listening skills" mind you he is still 1 years old. If you knew Grayson he is the sweetest little kid ever, sure he has his moments but what kid doesn’t? Going into daycare the next morning she continue to states having Grayson there affects HER mental stability and safety. Cynthia does not care about anyone besides herself, she does not care I now have to call off work to find another daycare because she gave me NO notice, she does not care about the kids, OR HER EMPLOYEES!
Given the super cheap rates I almost had no other choice but to stay no matter what. Cynthia Grahm, the owner, is all around bad news... she is only in this business for the money and you can tell by the way she interacts with the kids and how the kids interact with her. Ms Suzie is the one who takes care of infant/ toddlers and I could not say enough good things about this woman, she truly deserves better than to work for Cynthia Grahm! Ms Suzie was a big reason I stuck through all of Cynthias crap! I always told her to open her own daycare! DO NOT TRUST TRINITY DAYCARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Trinity Childcare & Preschool strive to provide the best care for our children from our staff. We strive to employ the best qualified employees at all times. Who believe in our philosophy and value working with children.
This preschool/child care service has a young lady named W. F. B. That gets drunk and yells at kids in her neighborhood. Do you want this type of person taking care of your child ?
