Laura has limited days and hours of availability and takes off the entire month of august and two weeks of february, in addition to all holidays and snow days. I asked if she would watch my son on Monday and Tuesday so I could find another daycare for Wednesday and Thursday with longer hours as I am a single mom and need better hours to hold down a job. I could have given my 2 weeks notice and found other daycare before I spoke with her but I was being courteous and decided to talk to her before I found another place. Instead of talking to me like an adult, she decided to turn around and kick my son out of daycare all because I asked for one less day since her limited hours and schedule weren't working. She would only watch my son from 930 to 430 from Monday to Wednesday - no exceptions. She was unprofessional and rude and I did not appreciate her yelling in front of my son. She could have simply said no but she decided to be argumentative and kick my son out of daycare out of spite at the thought of me looking elsewhere. Now I have no daycare with no notice after I paid for the full week. I'm lucky my son is young enough that he won't remember her if this is how she treats people. I am writing this review because this site is completely inaccurate. Her days and hours are not flexible and she is certainly not open full time. She also never returned multiple objects to my son like his blanket. Good luck to anyone that works and wants to use this daycare.

And she put my son in a random pullup when I sent him to daycare with size 5 diapers (he's 19 months). I never got my diapers back when she kicked me out either.
