The place is great but I rate Toddler Club a 2 all thanks to the worst manager (Dahlia) I’ve ever encountered. I addressed did a situation regarding my son getting smacked in the face by another child. Instead of addressing the issue accordingly, she began to start screaming at me and making hand gestures. My son told me that another child smacked him on the face. She called my son a liar right in front of me. So unprofessional. I left because I didn’t want to cause a scene. I called her to discuss the issue and she hung up on me. Then she called and left a message that I wasn’t allowed on property because I attacked another parent in the parking lot. If that was true. Why you didn’t call the police or file a report because there all lies. Dahlia doesn’t have a clue to handle situations like this. She’s wasn’t trained correctly and she shouldn’t be work with small children. Her speech is terrible. I can barely understand her and she’s loud . She should be terminated. I’m disgusted that my son was around her for a few years. Now I know the truth and I pulled my son right out of the school. Business is managed poorly and needs to be managed by a properly trained profess that knows how to talk customers. Sorry Dalia. This is America. Not a third world country. You can’t go around disrespecting people.
I have to agree with the poster above. I had a similiar experience there, about a year ago. I felt that, although it's a clean establishment & aesthetically pleasing, there was ALOT of confusion & EXTREME disorganization going on. The teachers BARELY speak English & there is a quick turnover with teachers as well; it was like a different teacher every other day. I also witnessed a lack of supervision with the children. Things were good, AT FIRST, and then went downhill really fast from there. I ended up pulling my son out of there after a few months. I also found it to be EXTREMELY over-priced.
Although a very clean establishment, when my child went there, there seemed to be a lot of disorganiztion. His teacher changed 3+ times in a matter of months and 1 of them didn't even speak very good english. There was a lack of supervision during this time as well, which caused my child and others to behave poorly and continue to do so until things would go too far and then they blamed the children. I was satisfied with this place the 1st 6 months, the 2 yr old room and potty training room teachers were wonderful. After that, it just went downhill. They also severly lack technology in todays schooling. If you want to save a little money and your child is very young, this might be the place for you. If you want them to be taught with up to date technolody, this is not the place for you. Aesthetics are pleasing but its the behind the scenes and backbone of the place that is very lacking.
